Neo Mask was established in response to the growing needs of the UK population. The COVID-19 pandemic that swept our globe created a massive strain on both PPE available to the general public aswell as how quickly it was available. The joint effort of a Birmingham based Pharmaceutical company and a precision engineering firm paved the path for the Neo Mask.
UK production has allowed for a premium quality product to be produced at a rate of 20,000 masks a day with the added benefit of generating work for the local workforce.
Production
Our 2mm Neoprene is sourced locally and prepared into sheets that are die cut to produce the mask panels. The panels are stitched and sealed with specialist machines and then held whilst 1% of every batch produced is randomly selected and washed at 60 Degrees to ensure materials and construction has not been compromised.
If the randomly selected masks pass QC the batch is packaged and released for sale.
Printing
If you require a personal touch or logo applied to the Neo Mask, we have an inhouse printing department that can process single or full colour prints anywhere on the mask.
Unfortuantely due to the stitched seam, printing is only available on one or both sides of the mask independently and not across it.

All our masks come packaged in a clear sealed polybag with a colour label and BATCH number.
We do offer a white label service if minimum order requirements are met.
